Eating is a pleasure for all five senses. In the cosy loft-atmosphere of the Mangold restaurant, with its wide terrace and modern design, a sixth sense is added: the sense of harmonious composition. Many different influences from regional and international cuisine will impress even the most discerning gourmet with fresh, creative surprises. Whether it’s with the wide selection from our dinner menu, the late breakfast at the weekend or during our mid-day business lunch from Monday to Friday.

Opening hours on public holidays
- On Christmas Eve our restaurant closes after breakfast.
- On Christmas Day and Boxing Day we offer a Christmas menu in addition to the a la carte menu.
- On New Year's Eve we serve a 7 course New Year's Eve menu, which can only be booked in advance. Reservation in advance via our event department at +49 40 890 62 480 / email conference@gastwerk-hotel.de. We recommend an early reservation.
